I got a 2-2, if I remember correctly! I tried to get in at the Royal College of Art in London but they wouldn’t have me. Fortunately there was a tutor at the Central School of Art, Peter Kneebone, who was somewhat into comics, especially National Lampoon and the French satire mag Hara Kiri (with its copious nudity). So he encouraged the entrants’ committee to accept me. Was that thorough enough for you?
