42 PAGES 42-48: Prior to working with DC Comics Brian's profile received a further boost when editor and publisher Nick Landau launched a line of comics repackaging the 2000AD stories, and Judge Dredd in particular for a US audience. The stories which appeared in Eagle Comics [name and logo taken from the original Eagle Comics which had featured Dan Dare some thirty years previously] were reformatted as 32 page comics. With added colour and conforming to the same dimensions as US comics they featured new covers by many of the 2000AD artists, with Brian providing a succession of new imagery for many of the issues.
