Unable to use his U.S.A. method he has deduced that Sir Gerald Tarrant would be an excellent source to be tapped as he would have access to a vast range of security vetting files and the dirt they sometimes contained. Has Tarrant’s death faked and kidnaps him. Uses Dr. Mellish and Mr. Sexton to break Tarrant both mentally and physically. When Tarrant is rescued by Modesty and Willie and it appears the operation is compromised he orders Lucy and Angel to be killed prior to relocating elsewhere. Drives into a javelin.
