Ex-Mafia fixer Jack Wish was employed to make good by murder any deficiencies in Lucifer's predictions. Uses radio controlled death capsules to keep Modesty and Stephen Collier under control and orders the duel in which Modesty appears to kill Willie. When it seems that it is all over he kills Dr. Bowker. While looking for Regina in order to escape he meets Lucifer and is cast down for all time.
