This is the unique original Gouache painting by Belvision Studios (after Hergé). Exclusive opportunity to own the original hand-painted Cels which formed part of the classic original 1960s Belvision studios animation Hergé's adventures of Tintin.
This Cel is mounted and framed in a shadow box frame which creates fabulous depth by projecting a shadow of the painted area onto the back of the frame.
The original production drawing in graphite is attached to the rear of the frame in a clear bag. The glass used for the frame has an anti-reflective coating and cuts out 70% of harmful UV rays.

Extremely rare to come by, these Cels are the original meticulously hand painted gouache on acetate pieces which were used in the animation.

The Belvision animation studio was founded in 1954 in Belgium by Raymond Leblanc, and was Europe's most prestigious animation studio, producing animations for all three of the main Franco-Belgian productions: Tintin, Asterix and Lucky Luke. Professionally matted and framed.
